  • Summer Housing

Summer Housing is available from May 31, 2026 through August 22, 2026. Outside of the defined summer session, housing will only be available on a limited exception basis.

To be eligible for summer housing, students must commit to staying for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks between May 31st August 22nd. The available housing blocks are: 12 weeks (full session), 8 weeks, and 4 weeks.

Students who need to stay for 5, 6, or 7 weeks, will be charged on a weekly basis for the extra time they stay outside of our housing blocks. The weekly rate will apply from Sunday to Saturday for any additional weeks (or partial weeks) beyond the available housing blocks. Please note that we do not offer a daily rate, and transitional housing is not included in the 4 consecutive week minimum. All stays must adhere to the established weekly rates and minimum commitment periods.

Priority for single rooms goes to students who will be staying for the full 12 week term. Please note that we get more requests for singles than we have available. Even if you ask for a single and are here for the 12 weeks there is no guarantee that you will get a single.

Cancellations: Students who are in transitional housing between May 13 and May 30 and cancel their summer housing that begins on May 31 will be charged for 4 weeks of summer housing in addition to the transitional housing rate.

  • Transitional Housing (students needing housing before May 31 and after August 22)

Transition housing is the period before summer housing begins and after summer housing ends. Transition housing dates do NOT count toward the minimum 4 week housing criteria.

Students who request exceptions to stay on campus before May 31, 2026 or after August 22, 2026 timeframe should note this on their housing application by checking the appropriate box. In order to be eligible for transitional housing students must be eligible and plan to stay on campus for at least one of the summer housing timeframes (12, 8, or 4 weeks). Special consideration is given, but not promised, to students who need housing between the end of spring semester and May 31, 2026 and those who require housing after August 22, 2026. This exception will not be made for students ineligible for summer housing or to facilitate a late stay or early arrival for convenience. There will be separate charges associated with transitional housing.

Students who request transitional housing before summer housing begins must be in summer housing a minimum of 4 weeks beginning May 31. Students who request transitional housing after August 22 must be in summer housing a minimum of 4 weeks beginning July 26.

Students who are in transitional housing between May 13 and May 30 and cancel their summer housing will be charged for 4 weeks of summer housing in addition to the transitional housing rate.
