Residents with Disabilities

Disability Related Housing

Disability Services is the designated office at Mount Holyoke College that provides accommodations and support services to students with documented disabilities for academics, housing, dining and on-campus employment. Students are welcome to register with the office at any point during their time at the College. There is no deadline to request academic accommodations, but often students feel that establishing accommodations and a connection with Disability Services, prior to arriving on campus, helps to facilitate a smooth transition onto campus.

Please review all of the information and refer to the Accommodations section of the Disability Services Website.

While students may request housing accommodations at any time, any student who is approved for housing accommodations after the standard housing process for incoming students (New Student Housing Application) or returning students (Housing Lottery) residential Life will look at adjusting their placement, based on availability of space.

Please do not hesitate to call Disability Services at 413-538-2634 or email disability-services@mtholyoke.edu when you have questions.
