If you have not done so already, please register to stay on campus during Spring Break. You can register by logging in to my.mtholyoke. Your Registration must be completed by March 14, 2024.
Please note that all current residential students are welcome to stay on campus during spring break, but must register to be here – there is no additional cost for staying on campus for some or all of spring break. Residential students are also welcome to travel and leave campus during this week.

The Dining Commons will be closing at 10pm on Friday March 15th
Starting Saturday March 16th - Saturday March 23rd the Dining Commons Spring Break hours of operation are as follows:
During this time, the Kosher, Halal and Harvest stations will be open with the grill available during breakfast periods and all other campus dining locations will be closed.
Normal hours for the Dining Commons will resume on Sunday March 24th.

The Health Center will be open for limited hours during Spring Break 2024. A triage nurse and medical provider will be available from 9am-12pm Monday, March 18 through Friday, March 22. Students seeking urgent care or routine health visits during that time should phone 413-538-2121 to be connected with a nurse or schedule a medical appointment.
WHEN HEALTH SERVICES IS CLOSED:
For medical emergencies, call Public Safety and Services at 413-538-2304 or dial 911.
For medical urgencies, call Health Services at 413-538-2121 and follow the prompts to be connected with the after hours on call service who will arrange a clinician call back.

FOR ALCOHOL/DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS:
Counseling Services will close at 5 pm on March 15. They will resume regular hours at 8:30 am on March 25. Their 24/7 care and support line (students can talk to a live clinician who can contact campus staff as needed) can be reached at
Pratt Music library and the LCC are closed for Spring Break.

Student Engagement Staff are planning some fun events during these days of break to keep you entertained and building community! Events are outlined below:
Ice Skating Outing - Sunday, March 17 from 1:00 - 4:00PM: Kick off break with an ice skating adventure at UMass’ Mullins Center! Transportation will leave from the Blanchard PVTA bus stop at 1pm and have the opportunity to skate for about two hours before returning to campus around 4pm. Res Life will pay for your admission, but please bring $5 for your skate rental. Space is limited; sign-up here.
Spa Night - Wednesday, March 20 from 7:00 - 8:30pm, Blanchard Great Room: Meet us in the Great Room for a soothing spa night. Dive into some nail art, enjoy a face mask, or make some sugar scrub for later.
Films and Fidgets - Friday, March 22, 3:00 - 5:00pm, Blanchard Great Room: Gather to watch a cheery and comforting movie while constructing and decorating colorful Flextangle fidgets!
