The Chair of Committees shall:
Maintain general responsibility for the efficient operation of all SGA committees,
- Communicate with committee chairs and committee members about expectations and responsibilities,
- Keep track of the progress and needs of all committees,
- Form committee-specific strategic plans to address committee needs and issues, with the support of the Appointing Board.
Co-Chair the Appointing Board,
- Communicate to Appointing Board members about tasks, expectations, and responsibilities,
- Work with co-Chair about committee prerogatives, expectations, and responsibilities.
- Plan advertise, and execute Committee Yourself at the beginning of each semester,
- When formulating committee goals,
- When working with the Chair to create weekly agendas.
Support the Executive Board,
- Communicate with other Executive Board members about tasks, expectations, and responsibilities,
- Communicate with other Executive Board members about delegating work relating to projects and goals,
- Collaborate with a diverse set of working styles and personalities
