Recognized student groups and departments can log into EMS, the campus space reservation system, to reserve meeting rooms in the Community Center Meeting Rooms template. Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance.
The Great Room needs to be booked 14+ days in advance. Read more about booking policies.

Note that all vendor tables (for-profit sales) must be booked through the Office of Student Involvement, not EMS.
Student organizations and departments can log into EMS to reserve the fire pit in the Firepit Request Form template.
Fire Pit use requires that the person responsible for the event sign the fire pit safety agreement and pick up the fire kit from the Info Desk.
