Health Services is open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm during the academic year. The office is closed during staff meetings (Thursday 9-10am).
On call services are available after hours by dialing 413-538-2121 and following the prompts. You will be connected to our answering service, where trained clinicians will triage your call.
Updated hours for breaks and closures are listed on the Health Services webpage.
We are pleased to have appointments available every day for urgent health needs. While we do not accept walk-ins, our schedules are specially designed to accommodate urgent issues. For urgent, uncomfortable, and worrisome issues, our reception staff and nurses can typically accommodate you with an appointment either the same day or the next. Please book on MyHealthConnection or call us (413-538-2121) for this availability.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may be rescheduled. We are able to deliver our full attention and high standard of care when we have a full appointment duration.
If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel online or via phone as soon as you know. Canceling that appointment opens an appointment for another student.

We are located within the Pattie J. Groves Health Center, in the same building as Counseling Services. Map here.
The Health Center is across the street from Public Safety, and the entrance is just past the entrance to the Career Development Center. On campus, the building is north of most buildings, west of Torrey, just south of the Betty Shabazz and Eliana Ortega cultural centers.
Accessibility: The building is single story, without stairs, and the entrances have power-assisted doors. Several exam rooms are accessible to wheelchairs, rollators, and canes. Restrooms are all gender.
Medical terminology is challenging. Please let us know if you would benefit from having a live translator at your appointment.
Our phone and video translation service offers live translation for over 240 languages, and is available on-demand. You can let us know before the appointment, or even during the appointment. All CHS staff members are able to connect with a certified translator.
It is important to us that you are able to ask questions and understand your health.
