During the academic year when Health Services is closed, an after hours on-call service is available for urgent medical concerns. Call 413-538-2121 and follow the prompts.
For medical emergencies: Call 911, Public Safety & Service at 413-538-2304, or go to a local emergency room.
The Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) has a 24/7 Nurse Line which can answer health care questions at no additional charge - call 1-888-247-BLUE throughout the plan year.
The BCBS MA has video appointments, but please note that copays may apply.
Health Services is open M-F 9-5 during the academic year and reserves appointments for urgent medical concerns every day.
