FLIP celebrates First-Gen Day with Student Art Exhibition
The exhibition, titled "Collective Dream: The Fearless First and Low Income Experience Through Art," featured a projection of over 100 images submitted by FLIP members.

"Mount Holyoke is not only taking steps to serve first-generation students but is prepared to make a long-term commitment ... for significant advances in the future," Whitley said.
The experience of First-Gen students at MHC needs to be a priority
"Mount Holyoke prides itself on diversity and really needs to do a better job being accessible to first-generation and low-income students," said Andrea Corbett '20, a first-generation college student from the Bronx in New York.
