Committee Yourself

What Is Committee Yourself?

Committee Yourself is the process by which any current Mount Holyoke College student can join an SGA committee. Joining an SGA committee is an excellent way to become more involved on campus and develop your leadership skills. Committee Yourself happens at the beginning of each fall and spring semester.

The Committee Yourself Application for the Fall 2022 semester is officially live!  Please submit your application by Oct. 9th at 9 PM EST. After completing the application please schedule a 45-60 minute group interview here. We have slots open from Thursday, Oct. 13th to Saturday, Oct. 15th. Please schedule for ONE SLOT only. Interviews will be partially group and partially individual, so it is best to sign up during a time that others have already signed up (there should be four people per 1-hour interview slot)

We have many committees looking for members this year! At the moment the committee's in need of new members are as listed but are subject to expansion or change: Academic Priorities Committee, Appointing Board, All Campus Elections Committee, Common Read Committee, Exam Coordinating Board, Lavender Committee, International Student Organizing Committee, LITS Advisory Committee.
