Precious Plastic MHC is an action-oriented club that aims to create a closed-loop, sustainable and joyful way of recycling plastic within the Mount Holyoke campus, and to offer an interdisciplinary project, aligning with the liberal arts education at MHC.
Each member is expected to work in at least one of our four teams: engineering, design, outreach, and advocacy. Each team meets once a week to make progress in creating new products or other sustainability-focused projects. Full-club events are held multiple times a semester.
