Hello students,
The Office of Student Involvement hopes that you had a rejuvenating break! We’ve been working hard over the break to put together some exciting programs. Read more about them below.
Spring Involvement Fair
The Involvement Fair showcases all of our student groups on campus! Come to Chapin Auditorium on Sunday, January 28, from 2 pm to 4 pm to see how you can get involved on campus. From club sports to arts, cultural to academic, and dance to politics, whatever your interests are, we have a group for you!
Student Involvement Consultants
The Student Involvement Consultants serve as a bridge between students and the many co-curricular opportunities at the College. They provide group and peer-to-peer advising and resources to help students connect to and engage with groups and activities on campus. They support student organizations and offer sessions and workshops focused on training, reflection, and skill-building. Most of their sessions and social programs take place in the Involvement Studio (Blanchard 304) or Office of Student Involvement (Blanchard 327).
You can contact them at involvement-consultants@mtholyoke.edu.
Be Well Breaks
Be Well Breaks are free weekly pop-up events in the Community Center that are sponsored by the Office of Student Involvement. Each program is tied to at least one component of MHC’s Be Well program: Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Community, Healthy Life.
You can find out about upcoming Be Well Breaks by browsing the calendar on Embark and reading the Word Out email.

Fire Pit Reservation Request For Individuals
We have established a process by which individual MHC students can request to reserve the fire pit for a private gathering, such as a birthday celebration.
This form is not for student organizations, whether for private or public gatherings. Student organizations must submit their request to reserve the fire pit through EMS.
Please visit our Embark website to learn more about this process and find the link to the request form.
Items You Can Borrow From the Information Desk
The Information Desk in Blanchard Hall has a collection of board/card games, sports balls, as well as equipment for the pool and foosball tables on the first floor that you can borrow. You can find a list of these items here.
Please email student-involvement@mtholyoke.edu if you have any questions about OSI-sponsored events or need accommodations to fully participate.
We are so happy to have you as a part of the Mount Holyoke community!
All the best,
