At the Weissman Center, we are dedicated to supporting Mount Holyoke students in developing the skills and strategies they need to become inspiring and effective leaders. We define leadership broadly and know that each student can find their own way to influence and change the world. The Weissman Center for Leadership, established in 1999, supports students, faculty, and staff in the development of leadership skills. We are committed To supporting inclusive excellence in all facets of our programming To developing students' capacity to become leaders and to recognize and foster leadership in others - in our campus community, local communities, and, around the globe To preparing students for meaningful work in public service, from advocacy to policy, to social justice To providing extraordinary opportunities for all Mount Holyoke students to expand their vision of what is possible and then to achieve it To support the visions and projects of students, faculty, staff, alumnae and community partners in order to build true partnerships across our campus community and beyond
