Details

The STEMPOC mixer is a chance for students of color interested in studying STEM to interact with their peers and faculty. We hope that this event will help build community across STEM departments, encourage retention in STEM, and prepare students of color with the necessary tools to navigate the culture of academia.

This event will consist of an icebreaker, small group discussions, department tabling, an open mic, a yummy meal and more! Registration is not required but encouraged.

Food Provided (We are planning to serve food when the event winds down in case some participants are not comfortable eating indoors.)
