Key Skills for Navigating Conversations Across Difference, session 1

During this interactive session, members of the Office of Community and Belonging will give you the chance to learn about behaviors that can support dialogue with your peers, empathy and perspective-taking, active listening, and the concept of "Calling-In" versus "Calling-Out." This session will introduce you to the model of Intergroup Dialogue and give you the chance to experiment with some foundational dialogic skills that will be helpful throughout your time engaging with our diverse and vibrant community at Mount Holyoke College.
