About Us
Our mission is to celebrate intersectional identities by introducing the Mount Holyoke community to Latinx folkloric, cultural, and popular dances. We will do this by teaching Palos, Festejo, Danza Azteca, and Ballet Folklorico, along with a fusion of different Latinx Cultural Dances. Through this, our group aims to celebrate a variety of Latinx culture from different countries such as Peru, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and more.
