Flyer for Springfield Symphony Orchestra: Fearless Women

Come celebrate women in music with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. The celebration commences with Joan Tower's bold and dramatic Fanfare for the Uncommon Woman. Other pieces include Fanfare for the Uncommon Woman, The Mississippi River Suite (excerpt), Symphony No. 3 by Louise Farrenc, and Piano Concerto No. 2 by Prokofiev. A bus will be provided for students, leaving from the Blanchard Stop at 6:30pm.
