Come join us for an evening of music, dance, and culture celebrating Cuba at our annual African and Caribbean Showcase!

Make sure to stay after the showcase for our AC Day afterparty, hosted by DJ Trends!

Food will be provided. Please note that the following allergens may be present:
Gluten/Wheat, Dairy, Egg, Soy, Coconut, possible shellfish cross-contact, spicy peppers, and garlic/onion.

The stage will be well-lit, while the audience seating area will have minimal lighting. Some performances may include flashing or strobe lighting effects.

Please note that the main entrance to Chapin Auditorium has stairs. An accessible entrance is available for anyone who requires step-free access.

The auditorium may become loud during performances. Quiet rooms with sensory objects will be available for anyone who may need a quieter space. Earplugs will also be available upon request.

MHACASA strives to provide access to our events for all interested participants. Please get in touch with mhacasa-a@mtholyoke.edu to request accommodations. We ask that requests for accommodations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Accommodation requests made closer to the event may not be feasible, depending on the nature of the accommodation.
Food Provided (Traditionally Cuban dishes, including but not limited to lechin asado, cubano, croquetas, arroz amarillo, fried plantains, empandas, vegetarian picadillo, flan, capuchinos, jollof rice, jerk chicken, and griot.)
