Growing up low-income or as a future first-generation college student is a diverse and rich experience; no two stories are alike. Yet being first-generation or low-income is widely understood to be one-dimensional and homogenous. Turning these notions on their heads, MHC's First-Generation and Low-Income Partnership (FLIP) presents Breaking Glass Ceilings: Perspectives on Success. Through a conversation with First-Gen and Low-Income Alumnae, this panel will feature a roundtable discussion with FGLI Alums on their experiences both during and after college, as well as their views of what it means to be a successful FGLI student and the intersectionalities of this identity.
Join us Monday, April 12th from 6-7:00 PM EST! If you have any questions you would like answered during the Q&A portion of the panel please feel free to submit them at https://forms.gle/MxF3mbh87Z2F17Xs9
