Please come as you are and join the Psychology Association for an evening of community self-care! Learn pleasurable ways to nourish your mind, body and soul, and how to integrate those practices into your daily life. You will meet other students investing energy into self-care, learn embodied love-based tools, and be guided through a calming meditation. This is an opportunity to commit to prioritizing your needs first, so you can give to others from a place of abundance. Whether it be you or your loved ones, many of us are overwhelmed in these times, and learning self-care practices will help you to cultivate joy and wisdom through it all. The space will be facilitated by MHC Alum ‘20 and Holistic Life Coach, Umi Love. We hope to see you there!
