Details

Registration closes promptly at 5pm on Wednesday, October 20 and will not be reopened.

Held each fall, the Family and Friends program gives participants an opportunity to experience Mount Holyoke’s culture of academic excellence and vibrant co-curricular life. The full schedule of events will be available on the College calendar by October 8, with the possibility of additions made post that day. All those attending must register ahead of time by 5pm ET on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.

Check-in for Family and Friends programming will occur between 8am and Noon on Saturday, October 23. Programming will occur throughout the day.

Note: You do not need to register for individual events EXCEPT for Fabulation and the various tours.

Health and Safety Requirements:

Details about health and safety requirements are a part of the registration process, including a health screening form to be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival along with:

  • At check-in, must show proof of being vaccinated for COVID-19.
    • Present documentation of being fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO-authorized COVID-19 vaccine: 14 or more days after second shot of a two-dose vaccine or 14 or more days after a single-dose vaccine.
  • At check-in, must show proof of negative PCR test within 72 hours of check-in. 
    • This must be an official document that shows your name, test date, and test result - the PCR test must be from an independent health care facility or testing location - no exceptions.
    • If due to timing, you must get a rapid test, this must be an official document that shows your name, test date, and test result taken within 24 hours - the rapid test must be from an independent health care facility or testing location - no exceptions.
  • Must show proof of check-in when entering Family and Friends sessions and events. 

  • Will wear facial coverings at all Family and Friends programs, whether indoors or outdoors, as they will be required.

  • Must be mindful of only entering buildings that are open for Family and Friends; these will be clearly listed on Family and Friends materials.

  • Review all travel guidelines from your home state or country, along with those from the state of Massachusetts.
