Student Groups: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training

This is part I of the training and it will be a three hours long synchronous session. It will focus on skills for navigating difficult conversations, basic terminology, unconscious bias, and microaggressions, macroaggressions, micro affirmations focus particularly on creating an antiracist organization, and will include pre and post assignments.

This event is being conducted over Zoom. As the host, Mount Holyoke College reserves the right to record this session and the event sponsors will give prior notification to event participants of any intention to do so. The recording feature for others is disabled so that no one else will be able to record this session through Zoom. At all times, no recording or screenshotting by any other means is permitted without prior written permission from the event sponsor or as an approved accommodation.

Slides, handouts, and any info to be provided to you after this training are to be used specifically with your student organizations and should not be shared beyond the Mount Holyoke community without prior approval.
