Hello Group leaders!

Here are reminders about Annual Re-Recognition deadlines and training.

  • All - Complete your Re-Registration form (due September 7th at 10pm)
    • You will be prompted to complete it when you enter your Embark group.
  • Orgs: RSO training (2 modules: RSO 101 & RSO Policies) Training & quiz (both are due September 14th at 10pm).
    • Two officers will have to pass the quizzes with 100% score

Additional requirement: In compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act, Mount Holyoke College now requires Org (including Club Sports) and Interest Group e-board members to take additional Anti-Hazing training. More information will be communicated soon.

Here is our Recognition tracking sheet. Please note that while the tracking sheet is updated regularly, it is updated manually and may not reflect recent submissions, forms, and quizzes.

Financial Training

Orgs planning to request Ways & Means funding and use the Business Office are required to have their Treasurer and an Authorized Signer complete both the Ways & Means training and the SGA Business Office Trainings.

Club Sports should have their Treasurer and a second Authorized Signer complete the Business Office training.

.In-person training sessions will be announced in early September.

Event Training

If you plan to hold events, view the Event Training presentation and attend an in-person training. In-person training sessions for basic events will be offered at the beginning of each semester. 2 members should attend one of these sessions. Groups that plan to host complex events (conferences, cultural shows, parties, concerts) will receive additional support and guidance that is specific to their proposed event.
