Alleviate stress in these chaotic times. Join Peggy Gillespie and Adi Bemak, Mindfulness Meditation/Buddhist Advisors in a weekly meditation practice (with instruction) and discussion.

All are welcome, whether new to meditation or long-term practitioners. You don't have to be connected with any faith group at all to practice this form of awareness meditation.
