Join Kerry Ouimette, Neuroscience & Behavior Dept. Lab Instructor and FP '19 for deep relaxation/nidra (yogic sleep)
Activate your relaxation response. Withdraw your senses.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket/pillow for comfort and warmth.
Please be on time! No one will be admitted after 4:50 pm.
Each session is limited to 18 participants.
