Maya-Starr Ward is excited to explain how actors have transitioned from theaters and movie sets to sitting at a desk with a computer and how new communities have been created during the pandemic.

Maya Starr Ward

Maya Starr Ward is a 16 year old award winning actress, model, and dancer who started her career at the age of 3. Born in Urbana, Illinois, she currently resides in South Hadley, MA and attends Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Public Charter School along with The Drama Studio where she studies her arts. Maya-Staff is also a mental health advocate of people of color and integrates her advocacy in her artistic works. Maya-Starr has been in numerous independent films, television, national print and television ads. She is known for her dramatic performance in "BOO: a Short Film About Loneliness" which won 4 national film awards.
