All are invited to this workshop with Quanita Hailey '14.

Healing is often framed as a destination or a place or arrival. I argue that healing is on a continuum and something that, outside of the medical world, does not have a final destination. How can we engage healing through a different lens so it does not feel like a failure when we are not well? What are the things that are needed to move you through difficult emotions towards healing and being well?

This session will raise this topic and survey what healing means to the students. We will explore the various ways that people understand healing and wellness.
