We will dive into Audre Lorde's A Burst of Light and examine her words for what self-care can look like during this period of isolation, collective trauma and collective grief. How are we self-sustaining while witnessing all of the issues of this world? What are our rituals of self-care?
How can every emotional, physical, psychological and daily need be seen as means of self-care and as a process towards wholeness or being well. What does that look like for each individual? How well do you know yourself and your needs?
