Getting ResLife Ready: Packing Lists & Roommate Gists Students

Mount Holyoke’s Office of Residential Life builds inclusive, compassionate and authentic communities, but what does that look like and how can you prepare this summer?

Join us for an hour-long Zoom live session on July 9th, 7-8PM. After a short presentation, current students and Res Life staff will answer your questions about packing lists, life with roommates, your pre-arrival to-do list, and more. This session is intended for incoming students.

Insights for Incoming International Students

Have questions about your student visa, adjusting to life in Massachusetts, or the in's and out's of moving across the world?

Join Assistant Director of the McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives and Senior Immigration Advisor Jenny Medina, International Student Advisor and Program Coordinator Jen Tuleja, and international student leaders to hear more about the in's and outs of being an international student at Mount Holyoke. Interested in learning more about how MHC students find their home here beyond the classroom? Join us for a one-hour live Zoom session on Wednesday, July 30 at 7PM, focused on social life and community at MHC.

Introduction to Student Employment

In this session, we will provide a brief overview of the student employment program and what it entails.

Topics will include how Student Employment and Student Financial Services (SFS) are connected, an introduction to Workday, an explanation of work-study and what eligibility means, the documents required to begin working, and a preview of what to expect at job fairs.
