Join the Library, Information, and Technology Services (LITS) team Friday, June 5 at 3 pm EST (today for many of you!) for a MoHome Must Do online session — get technical support with setting up your MHC account (Google, 2-factor authentication, emails, etc.) and more!

We are thrilled to kick off your Orientation journey and connect with you through Map to MoHome, our summer engagement series, on Friday, June 5, at 3 pm EST (today for many of you!) with a MoHome Must Do session with our Library, Information, and Technology Services! Today’s session is all about getting your MHC email and accounts set-up so you’re connected and can do this summer’s to-dos!

These one-hour, live Zoom sessions are designed to help you navigate your transition to Mount Holyoke. Some sessions will focus on important information and resources, while others will help you connect with fellow incoming students and current Mount Holyoke students who can share their experiences on campus. No matter which session you attend, it’s a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our community, build connections and meet the dedicated staff and students who are excited to welcome you! 

Unless otherwise noted, these sessions are intended primarily for students, but supporters and family members are also welcome to attend.

 

MoHome Must Dos (LITS Sessions)

This series of sessions hosted by our Library, Information, and Technology Services (LITS) team will help you with technical support — from setting up your MHC student account (Google/Gmail account, my.mtholyoke, etc.) to learning about the campus resources that will help you succeed once you arrive.

  • Friday, July 24, 2 pm EST: LITS Info for FPs and Transfers

Please register using your Mount Holyoke email address and check your inbox (including your spam folder) within 24–48 hours after registering for sessions. The session link will be sent via email.

Our student leaders will be there to share their experiences, answer questions and help you feel more confident and connected before arriving on campus.

This info session will provide practical guidance on adapting to the expectations of Mount Holyoke’s rigorous and rewarding academic environment.

Getting ResLife Ready: Packing Lists & Roommate Gists

Join the Office of Residential Life and current students to get answers about packing lists, living with roommates and your pre-arrival to-do list.

 

Insights for Incoming International Students

Join the McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives, immigration advisors and international student leaders to learn the ins and outs of being an international student at MHC.

Find your People, Explore your Passions

Discover social life and community building beyond the classroom with campus partners from Student Involvement, Community and Belonging and Residential Life.

 

Introduction to Student Employment

Learn how Student Employment and Student Financial Services connect, how to navigate Workday, eligibility for work-study, required documents and what to expect at job fairs.

 

Offering Assistance from a Distance

Join the Academic Dean for New Students and the Executive Director of Residential Life for a conversation on how you can best support your student’s transition to college.
