Welcome to the Mount Holyoke community! We are so excited to meet you this spring when you arrive on campus. The New Student Housing Application is now available to you in Residence. You must log into the Residence system using your MHC user ID and password. The link to Residence is here: https://mtholyoke-residence.symplicity.com/
You need to submit an application for housing with us in order to be assigned a room for the fall. On this application, you will indicate your interest in our Living-Learning Communities as well as give us information that will help us match you with a roommate. Our website has some additional information about how to do this in the New Student Resources section.
Please submit your housing application no later than December 1, 2023. We will work to assign roommates and rooms and notify you of your housing assignment in mid-January.
Do not submit your application until you are positive that it is complete! You are able to save a draft at any time during the application process so you can return to it later to edit or add to it. When you are certain your application is complete, you must submit it in the system.
Housing Accommodations
Disability Services is the designated office at Mount Holyoke College that provides accommodations and support services to students with documented disabilities. Students are welcome to register with Disability Services at any point during their time at the College. Please see the accommodations process on their web page.
To request accommodations related to a disability, you need to go through the accommodations process. For housing accommodations, you need to meet with Disability Services by December 1, 2023, to be approved for housing accommodations for Spring 2024. If you are approved, you will fill out a form (in addition to the "New Student Housing Application") letting us know how you would like your accommodations to be implemented. There is no guarantee of placement due to space(s) available.
Due to current scheduling constraints with their office, Disability Services has asked that students get in touch with them as soon as possible regarding this. Please do not hesitate to call or email disability-services@mtholyoke.edu with any questions about the application process.
Please contact the Residential Life office if we can help you in any way! Email us at res-life@mtholyoke.edu or call (413) 538-2088.
Sincerely,
Nashalie Vazquez
