This is part of a larger session. Fostering an inclusive community is one of the most important values of Mount Holyoke College. During these sessions, students will learn concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion by participating in interactive activities and discussions. The sessions will include:
"Who am I… I am me": An interactive activity centering the reading by Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum, Interim President of Mount Holyoke College. During this session, students will explore the ways in which critical incidents in their lives have influenced their perceptions of individual identities while introducing the exploration of social justice at Mount Holyoke College and in society at large. Through this exploration, students will learn how their social identities, values, and experiences impact their interactions and behaviors.
