Activate your relaxation response. Withdraw your senses.

Wear comfortable clothes and have a blanket/pillow for comfort and warmth.

Please be on time! No one will be admitted after 4:50 pm.

This event will be offered virtually to start the semester, and will be held in person when college policy allows.
