The Catholic Community invites you to enter the season of Lent with a pancake breakfast.

In Ireland, the practice of making pancakes on the day before the 40-day fast of Lent was an opportunity to use up eggs, milk, and fatty foods. In our community, it's an opportunity to eat together and share reflections about how those who observe Lent may deepen their connection to their spiritual values as individuals and as a community in the weeks leading up to Easter.
