Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, is both a time of rejoicing and of serious introspection; a time to celebrate the completion of another year while also taking stock of one's life. As Rosh Hashanah begins we speak of opening the gates of the new year, an image that speaks of expansiveness and possibility. What possibilities await us in 5783? How will we make ourselves new each day as creation continues to unfold? Join with us to welcome in 5783, reflect on the past year, hope for the new year, and build Jewish community.
