Founded in 1992, Asian/American Students in Action is a political organization and support community at Mount Holyoke College founded to address Asians in America. La Unidad is a space for Latinx students where we are able to embrace and celebrate Latinx culture. Members of La Unidad want to provide Latinx students an opportunity to develop the support systems necessary for a successful college experience. Being a minority on campus, we want to solidify the relationship amongst our Latinx peers in order to provide a stronger sense of community within our institution. By:

- Creating brave spaces to combat stereotypes that are perpetuated in everyday society and to unite all the students who identify as Latinx.

MHCMUN is a wholly student run organization comprised of a committed and dedicated membership. Our members engage in a variety of on-campus and off-campus initiatives. MHCMUN is a unique organization in that it offers a number of opportunities to represent the College on the larger intercollegiate Model United Nations circuit, traveling across the country and internationally (when funding allows). To prepare for said conferences, MHCMUN holds weekly meetings on Sunday evenings filled with practice committee sessions and guest speakers. We hold trainings once week to prepare delegates for both Crisis and General Assembly conferences. To further prepare our delegates, we hold mini-conferences each semester to hone our "in-the-moment" negotiation skills. The Five College Model United Nations Conference, too, is a favored MHCMUN activity in which we co-host, along with other Model UN organizations in the Five College Consortium, our very own intercollegiate conference. Throughout the year, either with these other organizations or on our own, we host a number of on-campus events for both the community at large as well as for MHCMUN.

The Glee Club is an advanced auditioned ensemble open to students from all four classes, graduate students, faculty, and staff. The group meets twice weekly in McCulloch Auditorium: Mondays 4:45 – 6:15 pm and Wednesdays 7:15 – 9:30 pm.

The Mount Holyoke Glee Club performs a wide range of music and explores advanced, innovative, and empowering repertoire for adult treble voices. The Glee Club prides itself in challenging expectations of what is possible for collegiate treble choirs, showcasing their diverse programming and rich array of sounds as they travel across the country and around the world. The group travels bi-annually to Boston and New York, and most recently toured in Austria and Germany in May 2019. Previous choral tours have taken the Glee Club to to South America, Canada, England and Wales, Russia and Sweden, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic, the former Yugoslavia, Spain, and Costa Rica, as well as to many parts of the United States.

The mission of the organization is to help promote student's knowledge about the foundations, functions, and terminology of law and court procedure. They will gain practical experience and information on the trial process and judicial system, decorum, and rules of evidence. The purpose of the Pre-Law association is to increase awareness about the scholarly study of law and to facilitate the implementation of such study of this society. It is the vision of the Pre-Law society to offer assistance to students at Mount Holyoke College by helping them make informed decisions in selecting law as a career, the application process and determining a law school. In addition to create a forum where the passion of law can be explored and shared amongst the students.

We want to provide resources for students interested in pursuing a professional career in the legal justice system including meeting professionals in the field, developing an alumni mentor system and provide a peer based support system during the time at MHC. This organization is open to all students currently enrolled at MHC. Members will have opportunities to showcase their goals, aspirations, and questions pertaining to the forum of law school admittance through discourse carried out during monthly organization meetings and additional workshops, socials and talks.

The Neurodiverse Students Association is a campus organization by and for neurodiverse students. We seek to include neurodiversity to the general theme of diversity and inclusion on campus by providing a space for students who identify as neurodivergent to express themselves without fear of judgement. We seek to create a space in which students may receive and offer peer support to students who share common experiences. As an organization, we also promote acceptance and awareness of neurodivergent minds in order to make the Mount Holyoke community safe and inclusive for neurodivergent people. 

What does neurodivergent mean?
Neurodivergent means different from what is understood or socialized to be "normal" functioning of the brain through a diversity model rather than a pathological one.
