The Career Development Center maintains a robust on-campus recruiting program that connects students to internships and full-time employment opportunities.

We encourage you to attend this workshop to learn about the recruiting essentials, including career fairs and how to engage with employers. During this workshop, we will discuss the following:

- Maximizing your experience at career fairs
- How to engage with employers
- General recruiting timelines for select industries
- Ways to leverage Handshake to support your internship and job search
- The Three College Consortium partnership with Mount Holyoke, Smith, and Amherst College
- The student recruiting agreement

We will also answer any questions you have about fall recruiting.

This workshop is open to all students.

Please note: This workshop will not discuss student employment on campus.
