Dear Residential Students,
We are happy to share that the first weekend of allowing guests on campus went well and we are excited to continue this policy for the coming weekend. We did learn a great deal this week about how this process works and the best ways that we can manage the requests and be prepared for the weekend.
Moving forward, we will now be requiring that all guest requests be submitted no later than Wednesday by 11:59pm the Wednesday before your guest is planning to arrive. This will ensure we are prepared for your guest’s arrival in time for the weekend. Students will receive an email on Thursday if your guest is approved and then will know they can bring the guest to campus. Students may not have their guests approved, if there is missing information, we did not get the proper vaccine information or it is submitted late. Please don’t bring your guest to campus unless you received an approval notice.
We also want to remind students that we will not be having guests on campus the weekend before or after spring break (3/11-3/13 or 3/18-3/20). We will restart the policy the following weekend on March 25-27, 2022.
