Join this special session of Lifting Voices, Healing Spirits Discussion Space as part of Black History Month with the Black Girls Who Freedom Flow. Our guests will be sharing their knowledge about the effects of trauma on the body followed by an Afrocentric Hatha yoga session!
Lifting Voices, Healing Spirits is a discussion space for Black self-identified students (African, African-Caribbean diaspora) to build community, learn skills to begin to navigate and heal from trauma and intergenerational trauma while empowering one another, healing our spirits, and lifting our voices.
