The Community Care Circles series for Latinx Heritage Month are brave spaces designed for Latinx students to engage in self and collective awareness by sharing their lived experiences and ask for what they need unapologetically.

In this circle, Ysabel Garcia, Graduate Assistant for Residential Community and Inclusion, and Dr. Jen Matos, Assistant professor in the Department of Psychology and Education, will guide a discussion on the stressors attached to being a Latinx immigrant in the U.S. and how to reduce the effect of those stressors on our mental health.

Open to Latinx students.

Co-sponsored by Be Well.
