In this circle, Ysabel Garcia, Graduate Assistant for Residential Community and Inclusion, and Dr. Jen Matos, Assistant professor in the Department of Psychology and Education, will guide a discussion on the stressors attached to being a Latinx immigrant in the U.S. and how to reduce the effect of those stressors on our mental health.
Open to Latinx students.
