An introduction to Afro-Latinidad

As part of Latinx Heritage Month, join Dr. Romina Pacheco, Social Justice and Equity Specialist at Collaborative for Educational Services, to discuss the term Afrolatinidad and briefly learn about key events in Latin America that gave birth to the term. Participants will also have an opportunity to reflect on, and dialogue about, how the contemporary experiences of Afro-Latinx people relate to their own experiences.
