When and if to seek counseling? What does Ataque de Nervios and Nervios have to do with it?

Nervios and Ataque de Nervios, its intergenerational impact on our own mental health, familial relationships and receiving culturally relevant care will be discussed. Open to MHC Students who identify as Latinx, Latina and/or Latino.
