MoZone presents a healing justice workshop in collaboration with Angelica Castro that offers BIPOC students an affinity space to practice self-care and reflect on the ways in which allyship shows up in their daily lives. Participants are able to feel seen and heard in a heart-centered brave space, while exploring how the intersections between their social identities impact their allyship and accompliceship. Some goals for this workshop include building solidarities between communities of color, discussing sustainable allyship practices, and inspiring action-oriented allyship.
